Travel 2020

In 2019 and 2020, I spent three months in Portugual and four months in Croatia. Most of the time I studied languages and went on walking and biking excursions. My partner and I explored our neighborhoods and surrounding areas to the point of exhaustion whether it was walking the ‘levadas,’ irrigation canals, that crisscrossed the steep hillside of Madeira, Portugual or buying goat and cow milk that came in rinsed out soda bottles at the market in Split, Croatia.
